The only camera mods i've seen are ones that just skew the numbers to make it not zoom out as far, or have it more to the left, or right. I've reworked my famous e3pc from skyrim to fit into the fallout 4 updated papyrus scripts and framework whilst using the ease of do note this mod does require you to have bapplycameranodeanimations=0 under the camera section in either fallout4.ini.

All of the posts i see when i try and google for a fallout 4 mod that gives you legs are not that i know of, but there is a crude version that gives you a very close first person camera outside of combat: Fallout 4 has some amazing mods but what i've started to find are some true gems.
